The remastering of TNG continues with S5, now with the first trailer released.
It never ceases to amaze me how "new" the show looks. They did a really good job not just remastering it but also keeping the original film elements in great condition like that. It's hard to believe the footage is over 20 years old now, but hey.

Is the TNG that is currently streaming the remastered version as well or is it only available on Blu-Ray?

I think the remastered version has pretty much replaced the original in every streaming platform.
In fact, the steaming version is actually an upgrade over the blu-rays. TrekCore discovered awhile back that mistakes that were made on the blu-rays were fixed on streaming.
