Trekkie stuff. Empty
PostSubject: Trekkie stuff.   Trekkie stuff. EmptyTue Jun 18, 2013 12:30 am

This is for Trek stuff that doesn't fit with subjects concerning TV shows or movies. Just general Trek stuff like merchandise, conventions, ect. Anyway, I just visited my uncle's place. I hadn't been there since he first moved in, so he's done a lot of work with it. The one that's relevant is the office that he converted into a room that's sort of a mix of TNG and VOY style interior design. Pretty nifty looking. I only took one photo of it, so you get the general idea. There's copies of props beyond that photo, such as an agonizer, the communicator from the TOS pilot, the Vulcan harp, ect.

Also, he converted the door to his room, so here's a video he uploaded himself...

Wasn't turned on when I showed up, he keeps it off now because of the cats.

"It was part of his profession to kill people. He had never liked doing it and when he had to kill he did it as well as he knew how and forgot about it. As a secret agent who held the rare Double-O prefix — the licence to kill in the Secret Service — it was his duty to be as cool about death as a surgeon. If it happened, it happened. Regret was unprofessional — worse, it was a death-watch beetle in the soul." - Goldfinger, by Ian Fleming
